Highlighting services are quoted below based on a 2-hour appointment.
For Balayage, Ombre and Color Correction allow a 3-hour appointment block and a separate consultation appointment before your service for accurate timing and pricing. Please call the salon at 508.240.1016
Services running 2-hours or longer require a 50% deposit to hold the appointment. All color services are a la carte.

Cancellation of any salon/spa appointment without more than 24-hours notice may result in a service charge. Cancellation without more than 24-hours notice forfeits any appointment deposit. Advance notice greater than 24-hours to reschedule an appointment is possible and may avoid any service charges.
NYHC reserves the right to decline service to any client with repeated (3 or more) cancellations/no shows without 24-hours advance notice.
All pricing is subject to the final confirmation between you and your stylist at the time of the consultation. A 50% deposit is required to hold the appointment time. The appointment may be rescheduled with advanced notice (more than 24-hours) but the deposit will be kept by the salon if the appointment is cancelled within 24-hours of the agreed service time.
If you “no show” for any salon appointment (no call or notice at all) you will need to pre-pay 50% of the service price for your next appointment.
If you are not completely satisfied with your highlight/color service, please let us know within 24-hours of the appointment and count on coming back into the salon so we can make it right. We will review options with you, including redoing the service, adjusting the color process and/or further consultation with one of our master colorists. Salon credit may be issued at the discretion of the owner and manager but only within 24-hours of the color service.
